Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer

At Lighten Up, I manage both the design and social media marketing, working closely with the owner and general manager to bring their ideas to life.

From creating and editing content for Facebook and Instagram to designing billboards, email campaigns, flyers, business cards, and social media graphics, my work is all about strengthening the brand and connecting with our audience. I take their concepts and turn them into polished designs that feel on-brand, increase engagement, and drive sales through consistent and strategic content.

This role has given me valuable experience in working to a brief, translating ideas into creative outcomes, and managing the entire design process from start to finish.

Christmas Campaign

For the Christmas campaign, my brief was to go all-out cheesy: picture Santa flying past a skylight, delivering presents and holiday cheer straight through the stars.

This was the first campaign I ran at Lighten Up, bringing together paid social, organic content, and email marketing. The campaign had a real impact, we saw more sales, new leads, and plenty of new customers booking consultations as a result. The owner was thrilled with the outcome, particularly how it boosted brand awareness and helped us reach new customers.
